Beef, Broccoli, and Bean Sprouts!

After a short holiday hiatus, I am finally back with another healthy recipe for your little ones. My son was not able to eat as well as he normally does during our recent trip abroad; hence, I am trying to get his appetite game back on with his favorite healthy dishes! 


Beef, Broccoli, and Bean Sprouts! 



Ingredients

100 grams lean ground beef (you may use other ground meat of your preference)
1/2 of a broccoli head 
1/2 cup of ben sprouts / toge
Minced onion and garlic for sauteing
1/4 tsp of sugar (optional)
Olive oil 

  1. Saute your ground meat in onion and garlic until it is brown and cooked.
  2. Add your sugar (optional), and then your chopped broccoli florets.
  3. Simmer the meat and broccoli in a few tablespoons of water, until the broccoli turns soft. 
  4. On a separate pan, lightly saute the bean sprouts over olive oil until the bean and the sprouts are soft.
  5. Serve with rice!
