Banana Blossom (Puso ng Saging) Patties + Baked Potato with Cheddar, Cream Cheese and Spring Onions
The little boy has been sick since Friday, and I thought I'd whip up something yummy today to boost his appetite. I decided to use banana blossom (puso ng saying) for his vegetable patties today as it is a good source of dietary fiber and protein!
