Herb-Poached Cream Dory
Y doesn't get to eat fish as much as I want him to. Lately, he's been into sauce-y dishes, so I took the broth from this recipe and turned it into a dipping sauce (sort of) with calamansi and greek yogurt. He loved it!

Ingredients
1 slab(?) of cream dory fillet
Rosemary
4-5 basil leaves
Thyme
Calamansi or lemon (for the dipping sauce)
2-3 tbps Greek yogurt (for the dipping sauce)
Procedure
- In a pot of boiling water, put rosemary, basil leaves, thyme, and your cream dory fillet.
- Poach for around 10-15 minutes, or up until the fillet is fully-cooked.
- Set aside the herb "broth".
- In a separate container, add 3-4 pcs of calamansi (or 1 whole lemon) and greek yogurt to your broth.
- Serve with rice. :)
