Herb-Poached Cream Dory

Y doesn't get to eat fish as much as I want him to. Lately, he's been into sauce-y dishes, so I took  the broth from this recipe and turned it into a dipping sauce (sort of) with calamansi and greek yogurt. He loved it!

Cream dory poached in thyme, basil, rosemary and lemon dipping sauce for baby

Ingredients

1 slab(?) of cream dory fillet
Rosemary
4-5 basil leaves
Thyme
Calamansi or lemon (for the dipping sauce)
2-3 tbps Greek yogurt (for the dipping sauce)

Procedure

  1. In a pot of boiling water, put rosemary, basil leaves, thyme, and your  cream dory fillet.
  2. Poach for around 10-15 minutes, or up until the fillet is fully-cooked.
  3. Set aside the herb "broth".
  4. In a separate container, add 3-4 pcs of calamansi (or 1 whole lemon) and greek yogurt to your broth.
  5. Serve with rice. :)
