Spinach Mac 'N Cheese

This pasta dish is another perfect snack for picky eaters. I incorporated lots of spinach (which Y loves) to make this typical kid snack a little bit healthier. 


Spinach Mac N Cheese




Ingredients

1 cup pasta of your choice (I chose an organic swirly pasta we have at the pantry) 
1 cup shredded spinach leaves 
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup shredded cheddar (cheese of your choice) 


  1. Cook your pasta over boiling pasta until al dente.
  2. On a separate pot, melt your butter and add your shredded cheese. Once the cheese has melted, add your heavy cream until you get a thick, creamy mixture. 
  3. Add your spinach leaves to the cream mixture. Then toss in your cooked pasta.
