Pan-fried Fish Fillet, Tomatoes, Onions


Y absolutely loves eating his fish when it is only fried lightly with either butter or olive oil. Believe it or not, he eats his cherry tomatoes whole!

Pan-seared fish fillet, cherry tomatoes, onions for baby 




Ingredients 

1 slab of fish fillet of your choice (I often use cream dory or pugnacious)
1 table spoon butter OR olive oil
Pepper
Thyme

Cherry tomatoes
Sliced onions

Procedure

  1. While heating your pan, coat your fillet with pepper and thyme. 
  2. Melt your butter/heat your olive oil on the pan. 
  3. Fry each fillet side lightly until light brown. 
  4. Serve with rice, tomatoes and onions.
