Baby Scotch Eggs for Baby!
Today's protein-rich dish is scotch eggs! I decided to use quail eggs instead of regular eggs for easier serving.
4 hard-boiled quail eggs
1 cup ground meat
Pepper
Thyme
1/2 cup flour
1/2 of a beaten egg

Ingredients
4 hard-boiled quail eggs
1 cup ground meat
Pepper
Thyme
1/2 cup flour
1/2 of a beaten egg
Procedure
- Mix the ground meat, pepper, thyme, flour, and egg together in a bowl.
- Coat your hard-boiled eggs with the meat mixture.
- Bake or pan fry your meat-coated eggs until outside is golden brown.
- Serve with rice (plus alfalfa sprouts!).
