Easy Chicken Florentine
Florentine-style recipes are surprisingly easy to make. Today, I used leftover chicken fillet fingers to make an easy chicken florentine for Y.  I also found some sweet nectarines which go perfectly with today's brunch.

2-3 pcs chicken fillet, chopped into smaller pieces (You may prep them into breaded chicken fingers, but plain fillet works well, too)
Spinach leaves
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp grated cheese
3 tbsp heavy cream
A dash of pepper to taste
Procedure
- On a skillet, melt your butter and cheese until a homogenous mixture is achieved.
 - Put your chicken fillet pieces, and fry until cooked.
 - Mix in your spinach leaves. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes, or until the spinach is cooked.
 - Pour in your heavy cream. You may add water to thin out your creamy sauce.
 - Serve with rice.
