Creamy Pumpkin Soup with Grilled Zucchini

Y went crazy over grilled zucchini today! I guess he enjoyed the softness and juicy-ness of this vegetable a lot with his all-time favorite pumpkin soup. Sans the milk, this recipe is perfect for younger babies, too!

Grilled zucchini, creamy pumpkin soup for babies! 


Ingredients

1/8 of a pumpkin, boiled until soft
1/4 cup of heavy cream or milk
Pepper
Zuccchini, sliced thinly
Olive oil

Procedure

  1. On a heated pan, mash your boiled pumpkin into a thick puree. 
  2. Add in heavy cream or milk, then pepper to taste.
  3. Brush some olive oil onto a separate skillet (an actual grill is better), then grill your zucchini until soft.
