Pumpkin Malunggay Pasta

This is a recipe using Y's favorite things: pasta, pumpkin, and malunggay!
Pumpkin, Malunggay, Veggie Pasta for baby 




Ingredients

1/4 pumpkin/squash
1/2 cup of pasta (we use San Remo Vegeroni)
1/4 cup shredded malunggay leaves
2 tbps milk or heavy cream

Procedure

1. Put pasta in boiling water. Strain when al dente.
2. Boil the pumpkin until it becomes puree-like. Strain, let cool and mash until consistency is even.
3. In a separate pot, put the pumpkin puree, milk, and malunggay leaves. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add the pasta. :)
