Popeye Pasta with Grilled Bananas

Y's brunch today was inspired by one of my household specialties: pesto pasta with grilled chicken. I decided to grill some bananas instead  of chicken as Y loves munching on these.


Spinach, basil, veggie pasta + grilled bananas (plantains) for baby 





Ingredients
1 cup pasta (I used San Remo Vegeroni Pasta Shapes)
2 tablespoons chopped spinach
1 tablespoon chopped basil
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Procedure
  1. In a pot, boil pasta until al dente. Drain water once desired softness is achieved.
  2. In a separate pan, sauté garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped spinach and basil. Remove from heat after 1-2 minutes.
  4. Serve with grilled bananas/ plantains.
