Tofu in (Eggless) Sarsiado

Sarsiado comes from Spanish word sarsa, and it generally means "cooked with a thick sauce". The typical Tagalog sarciado is cooked with fried fish, tomatoes, and eggs. Recently I made a traditional sarsiado for Y using left-over cream dory, but today, I decided to use tofu instead.
