Oven-baked rosemary chicken + banana pudding with almonds

I bought little ramekins at a local market recently which I found perfect for making little banana pudding cups for my little boy. 


Rosemary chicken, brown rice, banana pudding with almonds for baby




Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients
5 pcs chicken breast fillet
A dash of pepper
Rosemary leaves
Olive oil
Procedure
  1. While pre-heating the oven, slice the fillet pieces in the middle to form a butterfly cut.
  2. Rub some olive oil, pepper, and rosemary leaves on the chicken until it is evenly coated.
  3. Place in a baking tray and bake for 20-25  minutes, or until desired tenderness is achieved.
  4. Serve with rice. :)

Banana Pudding with Almonds

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
2 egg yolks
1/3 cup of milk/heavy cream
Procedure
  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor/blender, until a thick mixture is achieved.
  2. Place mixture in custard cups / ramekins.
  3. Place inside the oven and bake for 5-8 minutes.
  4. Test readiness by placing a toothpic/fork in the batter/mixture.
  5. Take out of the oven, let cool. Top with sliced almonds.
